Louisa HomecCare have been incredibly supportive and helpful with a very difficult case. They were due to end a privately funded care package for a couple due to concerns of behaviours, risks to carers and care package not being suitable. A new care agency were sourced but withdraw on the same day leaving the couple with no care. Louisa at Louisa HomeCare was contacted and she agreed to make immediate and interim visits to the couple whilst decisions are being made. Despite concerns of their own, Louisa HomeCare have continued to support the couple in very difficult circumstances to ensure they are safe and well. I have been very impressed by their overall care, support and dedication to customers.

I have been receiving care from Louise HomeCare for approximately six months. I have two visits a day in the morning to assist with my shower and breakfast and in the evening to prepare a meal.
